GROUP FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

Our Group Functional Fitness Classes are designed to help you build real-world strength, mobility, and endurance in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each class focuses on movements that mimic everyday activities—like lifting, squatting, twisting, and reaching—so you can feel confident and capable both in and out of the gym.

Every session trains the 7 natural movement patterns; squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, rotation and locomotion. We train these movements resulting in improvements in strength, endurance, power, agility, balance, and flexibility and to develop admirable physiques. We use bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more as tools to get the tasks done.

Classes are scalable to all fitness levels, making them perfect whether you're just getting started or looking to take your training to the next level.

ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is high-quality coaching and personal attention; We will work with you one-on-one to create a custom program based on your goals, history and needs. Sessions are creative, progressive and monitored closely. You can expect to receive individual advice, learn proper form and learn different exercises and use them to strengthen and help define your physique.

You will train three times each week, at a time that suits your lifestyle and schedule.

Our programs don't just focus on what you do during training, we follow a holistic approach that looks at your nutritional approach, lifestyle and mindset, and formulates a plan dedicated to fulfilling your nutritional, emotional, mental and physical goals. It's important for the client to find their own solution that they can adhere to.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Looking for the perfect balance between personalized coaching and the motivation of a small group? Our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions offer just that. With a maximum of 2–4 clients per coach, you'll receive individualized attention tailored to your fitness goals—without the high cost of one-on-one training.

Each session will be designed to challenge and support you at your own pace, while benefiting from the energy and accountability of a close-knit training group. Whether you're working on strength, mobility, weight loss, or athletic performance, your coach will guide you through a customized program that evolves with your progress.
